What makes a BeterBoompje better?

A BeterBoompje is a sustainable Christmas tree. Sustainable, because it will be put back into the ground after the holidays, where it will live a long and happy life. So much better than all those Christmas trees that are put out on the street after the holidays or set on fire.

Now you're probably curious what about the BeterBoompjes without a root ball. After all, they can't go back into the ground. That is why for every Christmas tree sold without a root ball, we plant two organic Christmas tree cuts in our own Christmas tree forest. We give them a lot of love and water, so that they can grow into mature Christmas trees with roots that can stay out for Christmas.

Ideal world

In an ideal world, we would only sell rootball Christmas trees, but unfortunately there are not enough of them at the moment. That is why we also offer trees without a root ball, so that we can accelerate the transition from the disposable Christmas tree to a reusable variant.
